• Quebec Heritage #1: In this first collection, we present four ancestral varieties that we particularly appreciate for their tasty stories. It contains the following varieties: Granny Bean, Mémé de Beauce Tomato, Petit Moineau Tomato and Montreal Melon.

• Quebec Heritage #2: In this second collection, we present varieties related to the history of Quebec and that of its inhabitants. It contains the following varieties: Mon Plaisir tomato, Thibodeau bean from Beauce County, Norfolk spinach and Oka melon.

• Quebec Heritage #3: This third collection brings together varieties intimately linked to the history of our province. It contains the following varieties: Plourde tomato, Côte de Beaune lettuce, Tante Alice cucumber and Grandma Dinel bean.
