AVAILABILITY OF A PRODUCT
Cantin ensures that the products offered on the site are available in inventory. However, a product may become out of stock while we are processing your order. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible and your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded.
All prices indicated on the online sales site are in Canadian dollars. Basket management as well as payment for ordered items is carried out on the Paypal site, a secure, fast and free system. A credit card such as Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal account is required.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 6 days of ordering for in-stock items, Monday - Friday business hours 9am - 5pm Eastern Standard Time. If your order is placed over the weekend or on public holidays, processing will begin the next business day. If the deadline should be extended, we will contact you to notify you.
Shipping costs are fixed and do not depend on weight, but on the shipping address.

*Delivery time 4-7 business days.
*Your purchases will be sent to the delivery address you provided to us when ordering. You can therefore have it delivered elsewhere than to the billing address.

We offer you the possibility of collecting your purchases free of charge at the store. Simply select the 'Collect' option at checkout and stop by during our opening hours.

Wednesday to Friday from noon to 6 p.m.
Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For any orders shipped outside of Canada or the United States, we recommend that you consult the legislation of the country concerned. Cantin is not responsible for customs fees and shipping complications that may be related to them.
