Choice of seed

• Sunflower: Germination of 8-10 days (sprouts only) and soaking time of 4-8 hours.

• Sandwich booster (clover, radish, mustard): Germination of 4-5 days for sprouts and 8 to 12 days for shoots; soaking time of 4-8 hours.

• Crunchy mix (fenugreek, lentils, kamut and adzuki beans): 3 day germination (sprouts only) and 6-12 hour soaking time.

• Spicy mix (broccoli, rapini, radish, mustard and arugula): Germination of 4-5 days for sprouts and 8 to 12 days for sprouts; soaking time of 2-3 hours.
